Donoratico, the sea, the village, the hills duplex flat in the centre of everything

Today we are in Donoratico, a fraction of the municipality of Castagneto Carducci, in the province of Livorno, in Tuscany.

Located a few km from the beach of Marina di Castagneto Carducci in the hinterland of the Ligurian-Tyrrhenian coast, in the Livorno Maremma, it benefits from its privileged position of the mild maritime climate.

Donoratico is a late nineteenth-century town that owes its birth mainly to the arrival of the railway. Lively and full of craft and commercial activities, the town, in addition to being appreciated by tourists, is also characterized as a site for the construction of racing and pleasure boats.

The coast is characterized by a thick pine forest and dotted with numerous accommodation facilities, restaurants and services that reach as far as the partly free and partly equipped beach.

We now move to the center of the town to visit a splendid two-story habitable proposal, with an independent entrance that can become your main residence or a splendid holiday home.
From a well-kept private garden with lawn and hedges to guarantee your privacy, you go up to the second floor of the small building.

From the living room you go to a welcoming and structured covered terrace where you can eat protected by impalpable white curtains or you can retire to read a good book enjoying the quiet of your own home.
The sleeping area includes two rooms, a double and a large single room and a luxurious bathroom with window and bathtub, while a wooden staircase leads us to a possible boudoir formed by a first hobby room, a second multipurpose room with an adjoining small laundry room with shower.

There is also a large and comfortable garage on the ground floor with an access door for the car and a pedestrian one from the garden as well as the possibility of putting the car in the condominium courtyard.
