Padova, large three-room apartment ready to live in

This is how William Shakespeare describes his visit to the beautiful city of Padua, and it is no coincidence that Petrarch, Donatello, Galilei, Ippolito Nievo, Mantegna, Palladio and other illustrious personalities of Italian art, science and culture lived in Padua.

A cultured, rich and devout city, you will easily realise this by visiting its most famous attractions. After a stroll through the famous arcades of the centre, you will realise that it is also a city of enjoyment when you take a well-deserved break at spritz time.

Our rendezvous can only be in one of the many places where you can enjoy a red aperitif before visiting this practical three-room apartment in the San Carlo area, a short distance from the motorway exit and one of the city’s main arteries, Via del Plebiscito.

We are in Via Benedetti, a residential area with small to medium-sized buildings, lots of greenery, plenty of parking and all services and schools within walking distance.

Here on the first floor of a five-storey building we find the spacious flat ready to be lived in immediately.

We are greeted by a large equipped entrance hall that divides the living area from the sleeping area; the first is composed of a single room with an open kitchen and double overlooking the balcony facing south-west through two French windows that thus guarantee natural lighting all day long.

The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, one single and one double, and the windowed bathroom with shower.
