An intervention, the latter, which would make it possible to exploit the considerable surfaces available on the top floor, with the possibility of creating different rooms or even converting it into an accommodation facility with semi-independent rooms and a floor for the landlord-manager . In our opinion, this type of intervention is the one that lends itself most favorably as a solution to create a secure source of income, given the highly touristic context of the area. It would certainly be a substantial investment but equally certainly very profitable which would allow its cost to be amortised in a few years, perhaps with the help of possible provincial contributions.
