After a long and rewarding career, Anna has finally reached the well-deserved goal of retirement. With the money of the liquidation he decided to realize a dream that he cultivated for a long time: buy his own house in a place rich in history, culture and natural beauty. The property that Anna has bought is in a quiet, panoramic and well connected area. This is a two-storey house, with two separate apartments. On the ground floor there is a garage, a kitchen, a bedroom and a terrace with beautiful views of the city and the hills. On the first floor, instead, there is a second house consisting of kitchen, living room with its balcony and a double bedroom overlooking the beautiful terrace that we have already found also on the ground floor.

Upstairs she has kept the bedrooms, ready to welcome her two children during the holidays when they come to visit her with their families.

This solution, in addition to offering greater convenience for the family, also opens up the possibility of renting a part of the house for short periods, generating an extra income.
