Then listen carefully: the apartment is fully furnished with serious stuff. The kitchen is a jewel, with a steel top, Foster burners, Liebherr fridge, NEF oven with retractable door, wine cellar, NEF dishwasher. It’s not market stuff, eh. The sleeping area is also equipped: double bed with Flou container, built-in wardrobes with sliding doors and chests of drawers. The living room has a Flexform corner sofa and a custom-equipped wall. The bathroom? Elegant, with Corian furniture and chests of drawers.

The utilities are autonomous, so you don’t find any unpleasant surprises. Condominium fees are low –80 euros per month – and cover stair cleaning, insurance, administrator, electricity… all in order.

And then Maria, you know: Via Boccaccio is a beautiful, served area, five minutes from the Palazzo dei Diamanti. You have schools, universities, supermarkets, buses, everything at your fingertips. And it’s a quiet neighborhood, where you live well.

For a young couple, or even for you if you are looking for a comfortable and ready place, it is perfect. Look, if you don’t take it, it’ll be gone in a week. I told you!
