As mentioned, we are in San Giacomo di Brentonico, one of the most popular tourist destinations on the plateau, also famous for its cross-country skiing center. The apartment is situated in a residential complex built at the beginning of the 90s, consisting of small, terraced houses that extend over three floors. It occupies the first and second floors of the head portion, with independent access from the small balcony at the back of the house, where there is also a small private garden.

On the first floor there is the living area, as soon as you enter the bathroom on the right side and the utility room with the boiler on the left. Then follows the cooking area and the living room with the corner bench, the sofa, the large fireplace and the exit to the balcony. The view deserves attention, the view opens up to the ski slopes of the Polsa area illuminated in the evening during the winter season for night skiing.

On the second floor there is the sleeping area, an exposed wooden roof, with two bedrooms and a large space in the attic with a height that is not habitable but which can serve as a space for additional sleeping accommodation.

Internally, the apartment is in good condition, it is noted the presence of wood both in construction materials and furnishings (included in the asking price), creating a warm and familiar atmosphere typical of mountain buildings. The touch is certainly the fireplace, the fire is the right company after a good day on the snow.
